Order Processing & Fulfillment
- All orders are fulfilled by our production partner, Tapstitch.
- Print-on-demand items: Production takes approximately 1–6 business days, depending on order volume.
- Non-print-on-demand items (e.g., single-color hoodies and tees): Production may take 7–15 business days.
- Please note that production times are in addition to shipping times.
Shipping Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping times do not include weekends or local holidays.
- International shipping is available, but some regions may be subject to restrictions.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs vary depending on order quantity, destination, and current courier rates (including inflation).
- The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- We aim to keep shipping rates transparent, with no hidden charges.
Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time.
Delays & Exceptions

Lost or Damaged Items

- We will work with Tapstitch to arrange a replacement or provide assistance as needed.
