Returns & Refunds Policy
At Konfid, your satisfaction is important to us. Since all orders are fulfilled by our production partner, Tapstitch, our returns and refund process follows their policy. Please read the details below carefully.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Please contact us at support@tapstitch.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos (where relevant) of the issue
We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.
If your request is approved, you will receive the correct return address and instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returned Items
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- We cannot accept items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) services.
Refunds
- If your refund is approved, the payment will be returned to the original account used at checkout, in the same currency.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Tights, underwear, pyjamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks (for hygiene reasons)
- Sample items
- Deliberately damaged items
- Items sent back more than 7 days after receipt
- Accurately printed items that match the design/tech pack provided but are no longer wanted
- Items delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong phone number or shipping address)
Order Cancellations
- Orders not yet in production may be cancelled in full.
- Orders in production but not yet shipped may have shipping cancelled, and the shipping fee refunded.

Refunds for Delayed Orders
- Small-volume orders: Production is usually completed within 3–7 working days, with shipping no later than the 8th working day. If no shipping information is provided by day 7, you may receive up to 10% of the original item price as compensation.
- Bulk orders: Production is usually completed within 7–15 working days, with shipping no later than the 16th working day. If no shipping information is provided by day 16, you may receive up to 10% of the original item price as compensation.
- This refund does not apply if delays are caused by customer-side changes (e.g., design modifications, additional requirements, incorrect address).
Timeframe for Submitting Claims
- Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
